Cambodia property prices drop

Cambodia’s land values fell up to 15 percent year-to-year in 2010, according to the National Valuers Association of  Cambodia (NVAC). The drop from an average $2,500 to $4,500 in 2009 to US$2,000 to $4,000 per square metre for 2010, was experienced across the commercial and residential sectors.
